Asset Recovery

We assess, recover, and remarket end-of-life IT equipment. Many clients receive payment on retired assets rather than an invoice for disposal.

Our process

What happens after you contact us

A consistent, documented process from first contact to final report.

01

Assessment & scheduling

We review your inventory, confirm scope, and schedule pickup — typically within the week.

02

Pickup & documentation

Every asset inventoried by serial number. Signed pickup manifest created on site at collection.

03

Facility-based destruction

Drives transported to our secure Marietta facility and shredded. We control the entire process.

04

Processing & valuation

Every asset evaluated for resale value. Qualifying equipment enters our remarketing process.

05

Report & recovery

Serialized CODs, full asset report, and any buyback payment delivered within 5 business days.

Value recovery

Most ITAD vendors send you an invoice. Many of our clients receive a check.

Retired IT equipment — servers, networking gear, storage arrays, and workstations — often carries significant residual market value. Most organizations never see that value because their ITAD vendor keeps it.

We assess every asset for current market value, process qualifying equipment through our remarketing channels, and return what it's worth to you through direct buyback or revenue share. No hidden deductions, no surprise fees.

How we operate

Built to handle what enterprise IT retirement actually requires

Secure Processing Facility

All equipment is transported to and processed at our secure warehouse in Marietta, GA. We operate two industrial shredders on-site: an Ameri-Shred AMS-300HD-SSD for certified hard drive and SSD destruction, and an Enerpat MSB-E600 Twin Shaft Shredder for full device and bulk material destruction. We control the entire process from intake through completion — nothing is outsourced.

Atlanta Metro & Southeast Coverage

We run our own trucks throughout metro Atlanta and the Southeast. For larger decommission projects outside our direct service area, we coordinate through vetted white-glove logistics partners with the same documentation standards.

Documentation on Every Job

Every engagement produces a signed pickup manifest, serialized certificates of destruction per device, and a final asset report. We process downstream through R2-certified recycling partners for responsible material disposition.

Why it matters who you choose

Not all ITAD vendors operate the same way

The difference between a compliant engagement and a liability gap often comes down to documentation and who actually controls the destruction process.

Typical ITAD vendor

Prime Asset Recovery

Batch certificate of destruction — one COD for a lot of drives
Serialized COD for every individual device
Drives handed off to a third-party shredder
Destruction performed at our own facility — nothing outsourced
No documentation at pickup — paperwork comes later
Signed pickup manifest created on site at collection
You pay a disposal fee — vendor keeps any resale value
Recovery value returned to you via buyback or revenue share
Generic reporting not suited for compliance audits
Asset-level report suitable for HIPAA, SOX, and PCI-DSS audits

Every one of these differences shows up in your compliance documentation. The right vendor is the one whose paperwork holds up when it needs to.
