Prime Asset Recovery handles IT asset disposition, certified data destruction, and electronics recycling for businesses across the Southeast. Every engagement we run involves documented chain of custody, serialized certificates of destruction, and asset-level reporting. Warehouse Operations

Warehouse Associate

Full-Time

Marietta, GA

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to receive, sort, inventory, and process inbound IT equipment — including servers, laptops, desktops, networking gear, and peripherals. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate chain-of-custody records from dock to disposition.

Responsibilities

→Receive and unload inbound shipments of IT equipment
→Sort, label, and inventory assets using our tracking system
→Prepare equipment for testing, refurbishment, or certified destruction
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
→Follow chain-of-custody procedures for all client assets

What we’re looking for

→Comfortable with physical work — lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
→Basic familiarity with IT hardware is a plus
→Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
→Forklift experience preferred — we will train the right person
→Must pass a background check

Technical Operations

Electronics Refurbishment Technician

Full-Time

Marietta, GA

We need an experienced technician to test, diagnose, repair, and refurbish IT equipment for remarketing. You’ll work hands-on with enterprise hardware — servers, laptops, networking gear — evaluating condition, performing repairs, and ensuring assets are processed accurately before resale or certified destruction.

Responsibilities

→Test and diagnose servers, laptops, desktops, switches, and IT hardware
→Perform component-level repairs — drives, RAM, power supplies, screens
→Wipe and reimage systems following NIST SP 800-88 standards
→Grade equipment condition and document specs for resale
→Identify high-value components for parts harvesting

What we’re looking for

→Hands-on experience with enterprise IT hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco, Lenovo)
→Solid understanding of computer components, diagnostics, and repair
→Familiarity with data wiping tools and standards (Blancco, DBAN)
→Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
→CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience preferred

Business Development

Outbound Sales / Account Manager — ITAD

Full-Time

Marietta, GA — Hybrid

We’re looking for a driven B2B sales professional to grow our enterprise client base. You’ll prospect new accounts, build relationships with IT directors and operations managers, and close engagements for ITAD, data destruction, and electronics recycling services. The right person understands that selling compliance-driven services requires both technical credibility and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

→Prospect and generate new B2B leads via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
→Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts
→Conduct discovery calls to understand client IT lifecycle and disposition needs
→Present PAR services as tailored compliance and value recovery solutions
→Manage existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
→Track pipeline activity in CRM and report on key metrics

What we’re looking for

→2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development
→Comfortable with outbound prospecting — calls, email, LinkedIn
→Strong communicator with IT decision-makers at all levels
→Understanding of ITAD, e-waste compliance, or data security a major plus
→Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
→ITAD or IT services industry background is a significant advantage
